The sushi chef in Matsuki sushi puts his heart in making sushi using only the best selected neta (fish topping in nigiri sushi) which is in season and is directly purchased from the fishing ports of Toyama, Kanazawa, Nagoya on the same day. You can also enjoy the highest standard of the sweetness and fragrance in our Hida Beef sushi which is a famous Takayama specialty.
